End User Support Manager

The primary responsibility of the End User Computing Manager is to provide the managerial and technical expertise needed to support the day-to-day End User Computing environment for Equifax employees in Costa Rica SSC.

What you’ll do

Responsible for defining and executing End User Computing Support in CRSSC.

Engagement with other Global Equifax Team Leaders across Service Desk, End-Use

Day-to-day management of local Desk-Support Technicians.

Engagement with other Global Equifax Team Leaders across Service Desk, End User Technology Help Desk, Back-Office Server Technologies, Telephony, and Real Estate

Ensuring the team focuses on proactively managing the end-user issues, delivering quality care, good communication, and customer intimacy.

Proactive review and management of Incident, Problem, and Change processes

A single point of contact for customer escalations related to End User Computing

Establish strong working relationships with internal associates and external providers

What experience you need

5+ years of work experience in End User Support departments

English proficiency in written and verbal communication (B2+ / C1 BELT)

3+ years of experience with Microsoft and end-user technologies

3+ years experience in Help Desk Ticket systems such as Service Now, Jira, and Confluence

2-3 years of leadership skills
