YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES

• Operational metrics stable (in alignment with pre-established SLA's) & timely managed escalations.
• Mandatory attendance to all PRO-related meetings / town halls.
• Responsible for the revision / execution of all the processes documentation to ensure data & operating procedures accuracy.
• Support "flow to the work" approach (complete awareness of the operation to balance backlogs whenever required).
• Provide guidance / support to team members across their improvement interventions pursuing feasible / realistic ideas.
• Support management on identifying subjective training gaps & behaviors potentially impacting the team (communication with quality managers).
• Issue mitigation / RCA strategy design and execution reaching sustainable results for PR'S / SSF / Cisco / Quality.
• Improvement Detections process-wise (E2E streamlining).
• Manage team meetings, daily DMR revisions with the respective "summary / decisions made & next steps (daily).
• Craft solutions through networking & collaboration with other teams looking to satisfy & go beyond customer needs.
• Meet expectations in terms of delivery dates set by Team leads (progress visibility & results delivery).

WHO YOU ARE

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Industrial (preferred).
• At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in Procurement or Source to Pay.
• Advanced English and French level, at least B2 both written and spoken (mandatory).
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Analytical and PC skills are mandatory (MS Office Excel user).
• Communication and interpersonal skills are required when dealing with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Ability to work under pressure with high flexibility in changing environments.
