We are looking for a VP Sales, Southern Europe to join our Global Employment Outsourcing (GEO) Sales team. You will be responsible for building and managing an inside sales team based in Barcelona.

The inside sales team will be responsible for new customer acquisitions along with supporting the additional growth after the initial sale.

In additional to managing, you will also be responsible for direct sales efforts from time to time to make sure targets are achieved.

As the VP, Sales you will be responsible for : Assist in the recruiting, staffing, and training to grow and maintain a sales team Ongoing coaching, mentoring, motivating a high producing sales team, and in doing so generating revenue opportunities for the sales organizations Formulate and execute on monthly and quarterly sales plans Conduct weekly forecast review and quarterly progress review sessions with each representative Manage productivity, funnel of opportunities and quality to ensure teams meet established goals and standards Ongoing process improvements, recommendations and implementation of systems that will make our team more efficient Assist in managing programs to achieve target goals for team and individual representatives About you : Sales experience - Ideally within the Employment, Payroll, HR or similar market sectors Leadership skills Proven success in building, growing and managing highly prolific sales team Initiative Recognizes opportunities and initiates actions to capitalize on them by looking for a new and productive ways to make an impact Innovative Thinking Embraces and champions new ideas and encourages others to do likewise Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners.

Knowledge of the Challenger Sale is a plus.
